About Your Stay:

Check-in: You can deposit your luggage from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Your room will be guaranteed from 2:00 PM (14:00).
Check-out: Check-out must be completed between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
Documents & Billing Address: Please send your documents and billing address at least 24 hours before check-in. Once your documents are confirmed, we will send you the access codes for the building and the Guesthouse's armored door.
Shared Spaces: If your reservation is for a single room, please note that the entrance and the kitchen may be shared with other guests.
Parties & Gatherings: Parties or gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Hosting Visitors: If you need to host someone, please inform the owner in advance. We are required by law to report visitor details to the police station and municipality, in compliance with Italian regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

Refundable Rate:
Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before your arrival. A pre-authorization for the full stay amount, plus city tax, will be made one week before arrival.
Non-Refundable Rate:
If the guest cancels at any time, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price will also be charged. A pre-payment for the total reservation amount will be charged shortly after the reservation is made. Please note, non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified.
